Terms and conditions of entry

Entry into this prize draw is offered to all people who complete the Cancer Research Gifts in Wills survey. Entrants must leave the required contact details to be entered into the draw. This prize draw is offered and administered by Olderiswiser Media Limited.

1. All entrants must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over. Entry is not open to employees (or members of their families) of Cancer Research UK or Olderiswiser Media Limited.
2. To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must (a) answer all questions within the quiz, (b) enter name and email address in the provided fields at the end of the quiz, (c) tick the checkbox under the contact fields to confirm entry into the prize draw.
3. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
4. The prize is a Marks and Spencer gift voucher worth £100.
5. The prize does not include any costs incurred to return the prize.
6. Olderiswiser Media Limited accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes.
7. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and has no equivalent monetary value. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or incomplete.
10. Olderiswiser Media Limited shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
11. The competition/prize draw winner will be selected at random from all entries. The publisher’s (Olderiswiser Media Limited) decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be notified by the publisher by email or any other alternative channel within 7 days of the competition closing date.
13. Closing date for the draw is midnight, Sunday 5 March 2023. The draw will take place 6 March 2023, and the winner will be notified by 10 March via email.
14. In the event that Olderiswiser Media Limited cannot contact the winner after the competition/prize draw closing date and receives no response to correspondence sent to the prize draw winner/s, Olderiswiser Media Limited will offer the prize to the next eligible entrant/entrants after 28 days.
15. Olderiswiser Media Limited will arrange the delivery of prizes directly with the Winner(s).
16. 50connect and Olderiswiser Media Limited reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
17. The prize is subject to availability and Olderiswiser Media Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
18. All data collected during this prize draw is for administrative purposes only and shall be used to contact the randomly drawn winner of the draw. No data collected during this prize draw shall be kept beyond the period necessary for contact and fulfilment of the prize delivery.
19. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
