The Stitch Festival returns to London in March 2023
Contemporary stitch show, The Stitch Festival, returns to London’s Business Design Centre from 23rd -26th March 2023. We’ve got five pairs of tickets (worth £33.00) to give away.
The fabric-filled extravaganza is a ‘must’ for textile craft fans, with 230 hands-on workshops for stitchers of every level and craft imaginable. Dressmaking is a major focus, with a dedicated Dressmaking Studio, overlocker workshops, Dressmaking Competition and Fashion Show.
Inspiring displays and creative collaborations are an exciting feature of The Stitch Festival, and 2023 is no exception. Online fabric retailer, Fabric Godmother, and independent sewing pattern label, By Hand London, will be hosting a joint tenth anniversary retrospective. Crochet designer, Katie Jones, will be teaching crochet, artist Jen Cable will celebrate everyday knitters’ lives with her Knitted Lives project, and best-selling craft author and entrepreneur, Isabella Strambio, will share her passion for macrame. On The Stitch Stage, there are free demonstrations and sessions by well-known knit and stitch personalities, and an Instagram Makers’ Catwalk on Saturday 25th March.
Last but not least, there’s shopping with more than 150 specialist retailers under one roof, plus all that vibrant Islington has to offer with its stores, restaurants, bars and cafes.
Opening hours are 10am-5.30pm on Thursday-Saturday, closing 3pm on Sunday.
Terms and Conditions
Tickets are valid after 10am on Thursday 23rd, Friday 24th, Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th March 2023. Winners will be emailed a link to register online with a unique code per pair of tickets and will receive e-tickets by email. The organisers will not issue paper tickets.
