This recipe for double chocolate chip and blackberry muffins is provided by Food For Thought, a Fair Trade baking brand that has added new Luxury Dark and White Chocolate Chips to its range of organic baking cocoa and cacao powders.
Fairly Traded and delicious, the new chips can be used in a variety of tasty bakes, from cookies and brownies, to cakes, desserts and more.
As muffins go, these are absolute winners (we tried them at the weekend!) and are much more rewarding than shop bought cakes. So, unleash the pinny and take these treats from mixing bowl to tummy in under 40 minutes (allow a few minutes to cool, though).
