This Christmas, Aubaine on the fourth floor of the Oxford Street store Selfridges, have set up a special s’mores pop up.
Aubaine puts a festive, modern French twist to the traditional campfire s’more. Fluffy marshmallow sandwiched between two delicious gingerbread biscuits dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate.
As an extra special indulgence to delight the senses, each s’more can be personalised depending on the customer’s favourite choice of toppings, making a simple tradition into a more sophisticated treat.
Dip options and sprinkles give the humble s’mores an elegant Aubaine upgrade, and will include dark, white, or milk chocolate. Sprinkles are cocoa nibs, hazelnut, pistachio, crispy rice, popping rice and raspberry bites.
Originating as a bakery, Aubaine is known for the timeless craft of bread making and finesse of flavour. The signature pâtisserie and viennoiserie items, cakes and breads are freshly baked each day under the watchful eye of Aubaine’s head of bakery, Alexandre Gresset.
The bakers and pastry chefs at Aubaine cook to delight the senses. Every day they make the simple sophisticated and the sophisticated simple, proving what great ingredients combined with expert craftsmanship can become.
Aubaine’s s’mores are available exclusively at the Selfridges Kitchen for £5. Visit any day of the week throughout the festive season.
