Pimms Lollies

Okay, so the heatwave has passed and we’re now back in more manageable summer temperatures, but that should be no reason no to take a punt on these little afternoon beauties. If you have friends round for lunch or chinwag in the garden, what could be better than an ice cold strawberry and Pimms lolly?

  • Leaves from 1 stem of mint
  • 50g icing sugar
